Anna Maria is a cook from Salento able to match the traditional and territorial flavours with innovation and international research. Her passion for cooking started at her hearth and home and then developed and became consolidated around the world, in America, Japan, England, Germany and Holland.
In 2010 her book, a fundamental point of reference for Apulian and Italian cuisine. Her long experience, her deep knowledge of the territory as well as her extraordinarycreativeness are at your disposal in order to learn and taste!
